Revisiting nearby Great Ocean Road Street Views to provide directions, I discovered that Google has updated its Maps database with a stunning strip of new "satellite" images following the coast down to Apollo Bay taken near low tide on an extremely clear and relatively calm day which pick out very clearly all the submerged reefs that are still familiar in my mind from my intense diving years.

If you click the "View Larger Map" link in the parent post and follow your nose you will get the idea. (I've grabbed screen shots of a few of my most significant diving areas for insurance but using them here would be taking redundancy one step too far.)
