This appears to be Eisenhower's famous farewell speech. It has been claimed that Ike used a different term eg MilitaryIndustrialGovernment complex, or something else, but that is not supported by this transcript. I think I've seen & heard Ike say "MilitaryIndustrial complex" too. Then again, who would trust Yale, home of the Skull & Bones society!
